This is the second Highlander I bought from them so I went in looking for a fair trade in and a good quality upgrade. I was not disappointed. From the welcome greeting at the door and meeting Jose Guerrero, the sales consultant, who showed me the new vehicles and helped me select the car that was right for me, I felt I was working with a knowledgeable expert who knew the details and new features of the vehicle. They offered me a fair trade for my trade-in and I was so surprised that I was stepping up to a newer vehicle and, after the trade, my payment was actually going down. The financing process was expedited efficiently with Paul Wright assisting me. And then at delivery time, Jose expertly worked with me to show me what I needed to know to set up the Highlander at delivery. And finally, just before I drove away, the sales manager came out to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I drove away. This is as well-oiled a machine as one can find when it comes to buying a new car. Great experience. More

They were not greedy for a sale but wanted to help and put me in the car that I would feel the most safe and comfortable in. The people there were so kind and every person I encountered had an uplifting personality and knowledgeable ! It was fun, easy and eventful ! theres was no surprises in leasing documents, very straight forward with pricing and they made sure to meet my every need and want for a new car. It didn't matter if they stayed past their ending shift hours to help me and my family. This is our second car leasing from there and we are over whlemed with joy and satisfaction.
