It has been 10 years since our last purchase, and needless to say, cars have changed in that time. When explaining and demonstrating (sometimes twice) the newer features, Tim was patient without being patronizing. He went above and beyond in helping coordinate our trade in and our new purchase. Additionally, Justin Barrett in service helped us weigh the xxxxxxand cons as far as repairing our vehicle or making a new purchase. He presented both sides professionally, with detailed information. We felt no pressure to make a new purchase. Jose Gutierrez also helped to ease our minds and make decisions as far as trading in our current car, and feeling confident in those decisions. Literally, they saved the best and worst, for last. No one enjoys having "the talk" as far as financing and warranties. Caboosing the entire car purchase event with Teddy Dziedzic, was a dreaded but beyond pleasant experience. He is keenly aware that folks are ready to "call it a day" by the time they get to his desk. He quickly but efficiently and beyond pleasantly gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision for us and our purchase. There is a reason we return to AHF. time and again. More

Pros: Mike Rodriguez in Sales was AWESOME, He honest and I always felt he was working in my best interests, with help from Jose the Sales Manager the purchase was as expected. Rental car use for my service repair was new and process was easy. Be sure to add iPass if needed. Cons: Service on my purchase wasn’t the best, Dealer did oil change and claimed a multi point inspection prior to my purchase as advertised on CARFAX. After purchase and owning a 4 days. I noticed smell in cab. Checked cabin filter … completely dirty with a MICE NEST on top of filter original , checked engine air filter… filthy, original . Wheel well cover loose. What else? Time will tell Dealer did repairs as requested by sales and detailed. Roof of truck was dirty after detail and headlights had oily film and found streaks everywhere. Not satisfied with paint damage of clear coat missing on inner rims. Service denied claim stating “cosmetic” damage not covered? My opinion is the heat of the brake calipers caused failure of clear coat ? Denied? to be determined will try another Ford Dealer closer to home for service. I’m being bombarded with Spam Mail and Scam calls after purchase! More
