I've been taking my car there for service and always have had a pleasant experience. This time I was helped by Atilio Jimenez and Jose Jimenez, our salesmen. He was so friendly and accommodating. Cory McMarray too, just made everything go so smoothly. Steve McKerracher the finance manager went beyond the norm to make sure he got us all that we wanted. Just a great experience. The way he used his sales skill, professionalism, and charisma to find what I wanted and above all needed. He never rushed any of the process and was flexible on the time to finalized the sale. Even though I didn't have the entire amount for the down payment; he gave me time to collect it, no questions asked. He also recommend me to the car insurance that i would end up buying. And finally, Jose even came to the dealership on his own day off to finalize the sale of the car, just because I asked him if he could because it was the only day I had to get the insurance I wanted. The reason I'm giving Thomas five stars was because he as well performed an excellent job on his part. Was just as professional, and charismatic. He is even learning how to speak Spanish from none other than Jose. Speaking to my father and I made the experience even more interesting. And for just being a beginner in speaking Spanish, Thomas is learning it very well. More
