I had been looking for a used Toyota Sienna SE but could not find the right vehicle elsewhere , I finally found something I liked through Autotrader which led me to Longo Toyota thus meeting JDS. I had seen a Sienna that I liked , test drive and looked at the history and everything looked good about the car . I traded my 2016 Honda Pilot and took home my new ( used ) 2014 Sienna . I think minivans are the greatest thing ! Unfortunately, the next day while looking thoroughly at the van I noticed that the driver side rear quarter Panel had been painted in a very mediocre ( unstandard ) of what a dealership would do . The panel looked like it's was painted with a paint brush . I was very disappointed on what I saw , I immediately called Longo Toyota and spoke to one of the sales managers and JDS and explained what I had discovered on the van . They listened and understood my situation , they agreed to unwind the deal and said that I could exchange it for another minivan . It only took JDS a few days to find the perfect van for me , he found a 2016 Toyota Sienna SE in the same color that I wanted and the options too ! The experience I had with JDS and Longo Toyota was above and beyond . It was everything that I had expected working with the largest Toyota dealership ! More power to you ! God bless you more ! More

As soon as we arrived and gave Jose our input on the vehicle type we Jose del Solar made our car purchasing experience very pleasant and stress free. As soon as we arrived and gave Jose our input on the vehicle type we were looking to purchase, Jose narrowed our search to 3 possible vehicles. Jose drove us to the car, showing us how big Longo Toyota is and the many vehicles we had to choose from. We knew then that we had picked the right dealership. Jose offered us to test drive the car. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase on our first visit. I thought about the style, gas per mileage, and cost of the vehicle for a couple of days. Jose called me soon after and that helped me decide, that very day; that I wanted the car and I also wanted Jose to be our dealer. I returned for the vehicle the same day Jose made the follow-up phone call. When we arrived, Jose had all the paperwork filled out for me and I just had to provide a little more info and sign the papers. Going above and beyond; after all the paperwork was done, Jose took the time to set-up my phone to bluetooth. This is my third Toyota vehicle, and this has been by far, the best car buying experience ever! More
