We’re sorry to read of your dissatisfaction and we appreciate you allowing us to review and respond. We were able to speak with the team members @ Longo Toyota and it appears there was a typo on a document that needed to be updated, which was handled promptly. Aside from that the bank, who was financing your Mirai, requested a SSA89 form which is a document that needs to be completed by the customer that allows the lender to verify their information with the Social Security Administration office. Please know no dealership, has control of what other stipulations the lenders will request after the sale.
