David Roberts was great to work with! I submitted an online inquiry about a specific vehicle I was interested in and heard from him within an hour. I live a couple of hours away from SLO I submitted an online inquiry about a specific vehicle I was interested in and heard from him within an hour. I live a couple of hours away from SLO and wasn't able to visit the dealership right away. David went above and beyond to help me as I gathered information about the vehicle and also had questions about returning a leased vehicle. He sent me a personalized welcome video followed by a video tour of the vehicle. I really appreciated this as the online photos didn't show all the details he was able to share in the video. Over the course of the day, we were talking on the phone, texting, and emailing - he made himself available to help with whatever I needed. He was very friendly and professional throughout all our correspondence and conversations. If he didn't know the answer to something, he'd quickly find out from a colleague and get back to me. He worked with his team to make me an offer that I felt good about. David never made me feel pressured and gave me the time and space to make a thoughtful decision. He was very understanding and considerate. I was able to get the paperwork started online and spent around 30 minutes at the dealer when I picked up my car. It was such a breeze! They even offered to deliver the vehicle if I wanted that (at an extra cost). I've leased vehicles over the past 15 years and this was by far the best and easiest experience. In addition to David, the other staff who were helpful include Jose Macias and Kirk Tumbaga. More

Bought a brand new +$100K BMW from these guys, only to be ripped off with extras I don’t want.
