Superior & Honest Service Best customer service! On March 20th I received an internet quote from Jose Magana. I had a question regarding the quote and he promptly replied bac Best customer service! On March 20th I received an internet quote from Jose Magana. I had a question regarding the quote and he promptly replied back with the information requested. The quote given was the lowest quote I had received from other dealerships. I called Jose back asking if I could set up an appointment that day to test drive the car. Although he indicated he was busy with another customer, he said that I could come down as soon as I wanted and if he wasn't available he would have someone else help me. That afternoon I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jose. He then introduced me to Adil Khan who would handle the transaction. Adil was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous throughout the entire transaction. I test drove the car and Adil answered all my questions. At that point I was ready to purchase the vehicle. We went inside to do the paperwork. The purchase price was exactly as quoted in the email. There were no surprises. The car that I had chosen was a popular color and a number of other prospective customers were also interested. Adil had "reserved" the vehicle for me by promptly entering into the car I was interested in (which was the last one of that color on the lot). That was quite fortunate because another party had been interested in that same vehicle, but could not purchase it because of the "reservation" which was placed. Again, great customer service by Adil. I had a trade-in and was offered a fair and reasonable price. After all the paperwork had been completed and the car was ready, Jose was able to review the car systems one last time, which he did quite competently. Overall, the experience was excellent and low stress. Both Adil and Jose were well-qualified and honest in their dealings with me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone purchasing a new vehicle at Norm Reeves in Cerritos. More

Great experience - it was the absolute best new car buying experience I've ever had. His knowledge and suggestions were very helpful in making the best choice. Finally, Peter Tanius in finance processed the loan flawlessly, even though my loan required additional documentation. Great job by all and I will certainly recommend Norm Reeves Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. More

Sal, Jose and Jojo were the dream team. Extremely professional and honest. I contacted approx 5 other honda dealerships in the LA area prior to going to Cerritos. All 5 previous dealers were scammer professional and honest. I contacted approx 5 other honda dealerships in the LA area prior to going to Cerritos. All 5 previous dealers were scammers and high pressure salesman which was unappreciated and ultimately why I came to Norm Reeves Cerritos. This dealership should be proud with their sales people from start to finish. Best car buying experience I ever have had and will be a loyal customer as well as refer my friends and family. I worked with Jose Magana in the internet department from the first moment I made contact with Norm Reeves Honda. I got several quotes from various dealers including non-Honda dealers. The main reason I we the first moment I made contact with Norm Reeves Honda. I got several quotes from various dealers including non-Honda dealers. The main reason I went with Norm Reeves Cerritos is because of Jose. He was professional and always responsive to questions and concerns both before and after I purchased the vehicle. Unlike the other sales people I came across (and I contacted several), I went with Jose because he was able to answer questions and knew the product. He was up front with me when the dealership didn't have the initial vehicle I was looking for. I was duped into going to several dealerships with promises that they had or could get the car I wanted, which was not the case. Jose even told me which cars, which specials would be the better deal. Most importantly, he never pressured me to get the car the day I test drove it. He told me to take my time when I said I needed to think about it. I contacted almost every Honda dealer in the area, and none of them, not one were like Jose. I live about 30 mi away from Norm Reeves and there are 4 other Honda dealerships that are way closer to me. At the end of the day, I went to Norm Reeves because of Jose. I'll be recommending him to anyone I know who wants to get a Honda. On a separate note, the Finance Department was a little different. I'm not sure if they just don't know the product, but once you get to the Finance Department (when you are ready to sign documents for the new car) don't let the finance guy throw you off or create concerns because from my experience they were giving wrong information. Go with what Jose tells you about the car. He's right. Best service I have ever received in purchasing a new car. More

Jose gave me an internet price. He wrote that "Extra available incentives are $500 for been (sic) in the military $500 for recent graduate student and $500 Flex cash." When I called about the flex cash available incentives are $500 for been (sic) in the military $500 for recent graduate student and $500 Flex cash." When I called about the flex cash (which is given for using Honda financing) he stated that it would be added to my down payment. He said though that it would be taxed so that the otd price he had quoted me would go down $455 instead of the full $500. When I called again just before coming in, he said that I would get none of the flex cash and the dealership would get all of it. He tried to pretend that the very detailed and explicit conversation that we had about the $500 flex cash was somehow a misunderstanding. More

I found the car model (Honda Accord EX) and color that I wanted on the Norm Reeves website. It was the only dealership I saw within a 50 mi radius that had the color I wanted. We exchanged a couple of emails to confirm the car was available for lease, I called to set an appt time, and to see what I needed to bring in. We met at the time as scheduled... Car was ready to view, and Jose went over some of the features, since I had previously only test drove (at another unfriendly dealership) an LX. Very friendly, down-to-earth transaction. Jojo in finance was friendly and efficient as well. Went home a couple hours later with my new car. More

As I now live in San Diego, I needed to work with someone remotely. I chose Norm Reeves based on our previous purchases (this is our 4th Honda purchased from this dealer) and the large selection. Jose watched the cars expected to come in and alerted me as soon as a car close to the one I wanted was available. When I came up I really did not want the color combination and he found an alternative option for me which was perfect. Since I came up from San Diego, I needed to be back on the road by a certain time and he worked hard to not delay me. While I wanted a lower price, I was very happy with my purchase. Rich was great at explaining all the paperwork and warranties and also kept me on my timeline. I thought he was very thorough. More
