Honestly the Garavel team are all professionals. If you are in the market for a Subaru you probably already value qualities such as integrity, reliability and service. You will find these traits at Garavel. Shopping for a car isn't easy. I constantly deal with buyer's remorse for small purchases, but the team at Garavel was excellent and I have no regrets! Because of distance my husband and I originally went to another Subaru dealership. They weren't terrible, but they also weren't Garavel. From our first encounter with Elena over the phone, to Val at reception, Gary our dealer and Miles and Jose in finance we knew Garavel would help us find the right car. Garavel's customer service was top notch. Their calming atmosphere helped us make our purchase with confidence. The team wasn't running around like other dealerships throwing numbers and different package options at us. Gary worked within our budget to get us the features we wanted without adding ones we didn't need. He was patient with us and gave us time to make our final decision. A small gesture that Gary probably didn't even notice was how much I valued him opening the door for my husband and me each time we went outside or came back into the showroom. At the other dealership prior to our visit to Garavel we didn't experience this level of service. You might not care about someone holding the door open for you. I didn't expect it, but appreciated it and viewed the gesture as further evidence of Garavel's stellar customer service. Choose Garavel and drive away confident you made the right choice! More
