T J Mitchell was our sales person and he was very responsive to all my questions and made the process of negotiation online easy. In person was friendly and showed us all of the different models we w responsive to all my questions and made the process of negotiation online easy. In person was friendly and showed us all of the different models we were interested in in. He was very knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and explained the trim level differences from memory. TJ made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Everyone we worked with was professional and very informative. I highly recommend TJ and Lou Sobh Honda in cumming. Even if you don’t live in or near Cumming it is worth the drive up 400 from Atlanta to Lou Sobh Honda. When I am ready for the next one I will definitely contact T J Mitchell at Lou Sobh Honda. More

I originally came in to just sell my van. We negotiated a fair price and when we were done I asked if they would let me test drive one I saw online. They also showed me how they timing belt had recently been changed the transmission was serviced and they put new tires on it to make sure the vehicle would be dependable. There were a few minor things I wanted to get fixed and went to the extra mile to make sure they were taken care of. They didn’t push me into anything and I really enjoyed working with them More
