Jose addressed them head on and made sure I was comfortable with the solution. Bourne's is clearly an experienced dealership and the processes are fine tuned to be transparent and efficient. I recommend them without reservation. If you have a choice, ask for Jose Molina - he's great! More

Easy Peasy! I saw 2 cars I liked online, I stopped in unannounced and both cars were provided for me to drive by José M. The sales approach was low key, no pressu I saw 2 cars I liked online, I stopped in unannounced and both cars were provided for me to drive by José M. The sales approach was low key, no pressure and no BS and that's exactly how I like it. I was offered 25% more for my trade in than another dealer offered. The car I decided on had some serious scratches on the hood and they offered to paint it for me. I picked it up yesterday and since José M was out, I was walked thru the pick up process by his colleague José G (pictured) in relatively short order. I will not only recommend Bourne's going forward, I'll be back. Note: I gave them 5 stars across the board because I am very happy with my vehicle ivpurchased and with the customer service provided through the process. I hope I stay happy... More

Great Experience! I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze that was just not doing it for us anymore. Me and my fiancé really wanted an SUV but weren’t trying to buy a brand new one du I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze that was just not doing it for us anymore. Me and my fiancé really wanted an SUV but weren’t trying to buy a brand new one due to financial reasons. When we went to Bourne’s Dealership we were instantly helped by Jose. The suv we chose online was all ready to be test driven. He then asked us if we wanted to test drive any others. We really loved the 2016 Honda CR-V and it worked great with our budget with a decent amount of miles. We went Saturday and it was ready for us Monday. The financial department was great seeing we weren’t giving a down payment and still got a great rate. He even gave us floor mats because it didn’t come with them! It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend them! More

Ironically, I wound up buying the first car I drove because i loved it so much. It was at the higher end of what I could afford, but they were really great about including all the small things I wanted...like the SD card for the navigation, new battery for the auto start remote, repairing a small piece of rubber on the back hatch window, and even repairing some stitching on one of the leather seats. My friend bought a car here too and is satisfied. They are known for having high quality cars and good customer service. Estoy muy agradecida, José. Muchas gracias! More
