Jose was my service writer. He made the process very simple. The part for my vehicle was back ordered and he made every attempt to expedite the repair of my vehicle. He also got me into a rental which helped tremendously. my car was at the dealership for about a month only because the part was on back order but once it did come in, they got my vehicle repaired quickly. I did have to return my vehicle the next couple of days for a recheck because the check engine light went on again, but they fixed that issue within a matter of hours. Notified me that the repairs were done and picked it up right away. My vehicle ran perfectly. Kudos to the service department. Would definitely recommend seeing Jose and his team over at Kia on Sahara. More
