The dealership sold me a 2025 total lemon! All the people in the service department have been wonderful! I waited 3 hours PATIENTLY for an oil change. Jose said they let the car cool off for 20 minutes. He told me that at 12p. At 12:30p I see my car get put up in the garage and lifted. I let him know and I told him you said 20 minutes my car sits and waits because it's hot. But it waiting 2.5 hours. My appointment was at 10:30am I showed up early at 10:15am. I didn't get my tires rotated, they didn't top anything off and also AGAIN I didn't get a car wash. This is unacceptable!!! Last time I waited nearly 5 hours! Do BETTER!!!! I DON'T GET PAID HOURLY TO WAIT!!! More
