The dealership doesn't care about their customers they try to rip them off and they have no customer service skills. Dissapointed to say the least. Bought this 21 KIA Seltos 4-15-24 it is now 8-28-25. The car has been in KIA Service, Sahara location about six times for the same trouble code. The first time was about two weeks from date of purchase. This is a Repair PAL Certified Shop. This shop couldn't diagnosis the problem so they tried a few different remedies and sent me on my way of course the original warranty has run out but there is the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. More
