The staff are nice and professional. However the two times I’ve brought my vehicle for service, there is some problem. The first time was for an oil change. The staff lost my keys and I However the two times I’ve brought my vehicle for service, there is some problem. The first time was for an oil change. The staff lost my keys and I was stuck for an hour, after waiting an hour. Then, I was there for maintenance work as part of the recommended mileage updates. I came specifically for a battery, knowing it was about to die. The service member told me my battery was fine and the issue was that I use “cheap gasoline.” Well, a few days later my car died and I had to call my insurance to jump start me. The driver told me my battery was completely dead. I bought a battery at costco. I don’t think I plan to return to this dealership. More

We have purchased 3 cars from Findlay Kia (one for each member of the family!). We could not be happier with the treatment we have received. I’ve been taking my car there since I bought it in 2019 and the service is always been excellent friendly staff always giving you updates very comfortable waiting room so honestly no complaints.
