Saturday, 11/15/25, I made an appointment for 10:15 AM. I arrived early and greeted promptly. I was told that they would run a diagnostic and let me know what was happening and if it would be ready that da I arrived early and greeted promptly. I was given a voucher to get an Uber, that was appreciated. I received a text message later that day to allow me to receive updates. I reported “start” and received the message that said I was signed up. The only other communication I received was a call from a sales person offering to sell me a new model. Monday I still heard nothing so I called mid day and was told my service agent, Joshua, was off but I could speak with his partner Jose. He had no information on what was going on but assured me Joshua would reach out to me with an update. He was a little dismissive towards me, saying I came in late and was a walk in- both untrue. Tuesday still nothing, so I called again. I was told Joshua was out sick and Jose was unavailable. Wednesday still nothing. I left text and voice messages. Thursday I received text message saying there was other work recommended that needed approval, a gas cap for $309 and air filter for $79. I declined both. (I order both online for less than $10 each and replaced them, without any tools, in 5 minutes. I don’t hear anything more that day. Friday I got a text that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I replied that I was working late across town and would have to come in the morning. I was again given an Uber voucher to pick me up. When I picked up the vehicle I was charged the diagnostic fee. I asked if anything was covered by my warranty. I noted that I was certain that I had purchased an extended warranty. He said it didn’t show up in the system, but that he would check with the financing department and are me that he would let me know, and if there was coverage it would be corrected. I have not heard anything. I have been very disappointed with the poor service, and slow and limited communication. I definitely would consider buying my next vehicle elsewhere. More
