I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Joe Oliveira. Scheduled a visit and saw the vehicle. I liked it but was unable to test drive due to a clutch replacement recall.i had to leave for work once again and in a period of over 2 weeks he kept in contact with me. I finally returned and he made an appointment at a moments notice. I came in test drove the vehicle and if I could make the deal I wanted I would take it. Joe made sure that my wishes were considered and worked diligently for me even when I refused the first two offers. He finally worked it to numbers I could accept.
