José Ramos was very helpful. His advise was so valuable regarding the CX-5. Also, he was patient and kept me informed on when my Carbon Ed. (red seats) would arrive. After spending an entire day at another dealership the day before, and leaving without a vehicle, Jose and Sport Mazda North had me driving away in 2 hours with a brand new Mazda Cx 5!
