Everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly. I was greeted instantly and offered something to drink. I don't think I was left alone for even the shortest of time, not in the way that would be overwhelming or annoying. Jose Rivera was exceptional. He worked very well within my budget and got me a great, custom deal. He gladly answered my millions of questions. The transition through levels for purchase were smooth and each and everyone I dealt with were wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Naperville of Toyota! More

He is highly professional and ensured our experience was as smooth as possible. Great job! We did, however, experience a significant issue with the service department. We had brought our vehicle in and requested an oil change service which was not completed. Upon returning to the service center to complete the oil change, we were informed of our vehicle receiving "regular" oil instead of the synthetic oil it had received on every other occasion. I understand that engines should not switched from synthetic oil to standard oil and back again, but we were told this occurred by Arnold A. Please assist in resolving the discrepancy. Thanks. More

Yet we continue looking for the right price with the necessary utilities and selective features, as well as the car's durability, quality and corresponding mileage at the appropriate warranty. We received a call 25 days later that the cap was in, took the truck in and they told us the wrong cap was ordered, now we have to wait another 3 weeks for this one to come in. We also did not get a manual with the truck and was told we had to wait 3 weeks for that to be ordered, we told them to take one out of another truck. More
