I purchased my car from Manly and ALWAYS had them service it. It was due for service and the roaters in the front were vibrating. When I picked up my car it seemed fine. The the next day I went to San Franci it. It was due for service and the roaters in the front were vibrating. When I picked up my car it seemed fine. The the next day I went to San Francisco. The steering wheel started to vibrate at 60 mph. I took it back to them and they said it "could" be because I was about due for tires. I told them, they didn't balance my tires, I was told I could pay an additional $60.00 to due that WOW REALLY?! And on the first visit, my sunglasses (which we on the dash) were broken. I was asked for a receipt OR they would give me a credit of $30.00 off my bill. Well, as it turned out the replacement, from the same company costs me $65.00. Yeah, not very happy. And surprised. More

Service Manager of the entire service dept is whom I am referring to. Debated on recommending. Their service dept is inept. The technician left my door seals hanging. I was told I needed new ones, under wa referring to. Debated on recommending. Their service dept is inept. The technician left my door seals hanging. I was told I needed new ones, under warranty. In less than a week bring back. 10 days later I had to call. Seals never ordered. The lady ordered and advised come in next day. Arrived. Service manager intervened. Said i was not informed correctly. For all they knew it was me who loosened them. Would not replace. He claimed no idea why tech said they were warped and warranted replacing. Svc manager put the seals back in place and assured me they would never come loose again. Total xxxxxxxx. Gave me nothing but we wasted your time. More
