Service Manager of the entire service dept is whom I am referring to. Debated on recommending. Their service dept is inept. The technician left my door seals hanging. I was told I needed new ones, under wa referring to. Debated on recommending. Their service dept is inept. The technician left my door seals hanging. I was told I needed new ones, under warranty. In less than a week bring back. 10 days later I had to call. Seals never ordered. The lady ordered and advised come in next day. Arrived. Service manager intervened. Said i was not informed correctly. For all they knew it was me who loosened them. Would not replace. He claimed no idea why tech said they were warped and warranted replacing. Svc manager put the seals back in place and assured me they would never come loose again. Total xxxxxxxx. Gave me nothing but we wasted your time. More

The dealership is clean and welcoming and the service is impeccable. I was always greeted immediately, offered coffee and snacks, and Shayla was super friendly. Jose was above and beyond in communicating hi impeccable. I was always greeted immediately, offered coffee and snacks, and Shayla was super friendly. Jose was above and beyond in communicating his concern for my car’s issue. When the situation could not initially be resolved, he encouraged me to try again and put his most experienced man on it. Jose even did research to identify others who had a similar situation. Jose never gave up despite the fact that 4 other mechanics had tried unsuccessfully to resolve the problem. Jose took several diagnostic drives with me to replicate the problem and was able to generally identify it and communicate it to his tech with great accuracy. Parts were ordered , installed and we had success! I Can not say enough about the service I received under the wing of Jose Rocha. Manly Honda consistently delivers efficient service with very good communication before, during and after the service. The waiting area is quite comfortable. And the service staff are excellent t about keep very good communication before, during and after the service. The waiting area is quite comfortable. And the service staff are excellent t about keeping customers updated if there are any delays or extra interventions needed. I would consider buying another Honda simply because I trust their car care process. More
