Just got home from Manly Honda, where I had a GREAT experience! My service advisor, Jose Rocha, is the best! My CRV ( purchased used, elsewhere) has been having a major problem with doors locking and experience! My service advisor, Jose Rocha, is the best! My CRV ( purchased used, elsewhere) has been having a major problem with doors locking and unlocking at random. Got to the point where it was happening constantly, so I wanted a real Honda dealer to work on it. Long story short, the service department replaced all door locks, and solved the problem! Jose went above and beyond in dealing with my extended warranty company, to get the repair approved. He even called them from home on his day off! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Jose for making the impossible happen. The only place I’ll go from now on is Manly Honda- very happy with the entire experience! More
