With your superior service, timely information, positive attitude and excellent communication skills you have made me a fan of you and the Manly Honda Service Department. While my experience with the Service Team Members has always been very good; you took it to another level. Thank you for letting me know about my possible transmission leak before my 60K warranty expired. I was able to get my car in at 59 + K miles and sure enough there were three areas that needed service. I was able to use a 2016 Honda CRV while my 2014 Honda CRV was being serviced. You kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to avoid a pretty costly repair and for that I have great appreciation. I will continue to drive from Petaluma to Santa Rosa to have my car kept in great condition. Kudos to you and the Service Team. Katie More
