While my experience with the Service Team Members has always been very good; you took it to another level. Thank you for letting me know about my possible transmission leak before my 60K warranty expired. I was able to get my car in at 59 + K miles and sure enough there were three areas that needed service. I was able to use a 2016 Honda CRV while my 2014 Honda CRV was being serviced. You kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to avoid a pretty costly repair and for that I have great appreciation. I will continue to drive from Petaluma to Santa Rosa to have my car kept in great condition. Kudos to you and the Service Team. Katie More

Waste of time I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair wouldn't be covered under my warranty. The service department was hard to get a hold of. I kept getting transferred around and when I finally went was able to make an appointment and bring my to car in i ended up waiting 15 minutes after the appointment time, I arrived 15 minutes early. Anyway after having my car since 8:45 am they still hadnt looked at it by 3pm whenever I called. By 5 I was told there is no leak but they did repair a tire that had a nail in it. My car wasn't ready for pick up until 12 the next day. my car came back with a few scratches I know weren't there before More

Jose and Carlos are absolute sweethearts. Getting your car fixed is never fun but these two guys seem to feel my pain and displayed enough empathy to make it an enjoyable experience.
