I was so happy with how attentive they were. Linda was amazing as well. I filled out the survey and realized I did not get to express my gratitude to Linda, Jose, And Phil.. I met with Jose and he was very kind and knowledgeable and walked me through my options.. So the following Saturday, I came in and met with Phil and left that day with my new car. Finance department added car alarm suppose to be free but charged me. I went in to complain about the charge. He blamed someone else about the whole alarm thing. I told him from the beginning all i want is charged me. I went in to complain about the charge. He blamed someone else about the whole alarm thing. Blaming someone else when he said it was going to be free he looked at documents and got up to get an approval and said I qualified and he got up and came back and went to go get an approval. After that he said alarm will be removed I'm a disappointed being that he said it was free. More
