Not only have they not delivered on THREE (3) times promising they will get the parts, in the meantime one of their salesman calls me non-stop trying to sell me things. I recently had a family member die and another in the hospital and I take care of my small children, ie I am a busy person. i explained that i did not cause under carriage damage , still wanted to charge me 500 dollars for something that should not fall off and there really wasnt any proof that I could have even caused it. Deal still wanted to charge me 500 dollars for something that should not fall off and there really wasnt any proof that I could have even caused it. Dealer refused to have this undermount cover covered via warranty. Not really thrilled will consider other car brands in future . That being said very nice comfortable waiting room. More
