It should not take almost FIVE MONTHS to order parts, especially for a safety recall. I recently had a family member die and another in the hospital and I take care of my small children, ie I am a busy person. I made the foolish decision to trust these people, but after the RUDE call today at my work from the same salesman who not only tried to sell me yet again but dismissed my complaints and concerns regarding the SAFETY RECALL. I will be taking my business elsewhere but I will also be sure to post this EVERYWHERE so people are warned! More

i explained that i did not cause under carriage damage , still wanted to charge me 500 dollars for something that should not fall off and there really wasnt any proof that I could have even caused it. Dealer refused to have this undermount cover covered via warranty. Not really thrilled will consider other car brands in future . That being said very nice comfortable waiting room. More
