I was worried when I heard about the name change for your dealership - primarily because I was concerned that Jose Rosado-Valdes would no longer be in the Service Department. How glad to find that he was st dealership - primarily because I was concerned that Jose Rosado-Valdes would no longer be in the Service Department. How glad to find that he was still there!! He is the best Service Rep we have ever dealt with - hands down. If I were going to start a company of my own, Jose would be one of my first hires. Everything was handled completely and efficiently. We also need to thank Mark [?} who runs the customer service counter - drinks, hot dogs, etc. Glad he's still there. Same goes for Rob Storz, the salesman who handled our purchase of the Chrysler Pacifica Ltd. When it comes time to replace it, your dealership will be our first stop - in no small measure because of these three individuals. More

Purchasing the new vehicle was fine. The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that w The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that we did not take any of the coverage plans he wanted to sell us. The whole process took about 4 hours. We were satisfied with the deal. However, the reason for our needing to buy a different car was that we had our car at this dealership for approximately 6 months off and on and finally said they could not repair the car after we had spent a large amount for it not to be repaired. All in all, we will continue to do our service work with them because we have dealt with this dealership for several years and because of Waseem, the general manager, and George, the salesman. They were great. As for the service department, Billie was great but he had a stroke during this time and we needed to have a different one who is rather aloof and doesn’t offer much information. The service manager is very unapproachable. The phone system is terrible. On a couple of instances I called for service and was connected to a totally different dealership. This is in the process of being remedied. Thank you, and I hope you are successful with your efforts to continue to keeping this dealership a very good one. More

I live a stone throw from Napleton Dodge on Hwy 50 (about 6 minutes from home), but I drive over 45 minutes from my home to CDJR of Leesburg because of the service I receive from Jose Valdes-Rosado and the t 6 minutes from home), but I drive over 45 minutes from my home to CDJR of Leesburg because of the service I receive from Jose Valdes-Rosado and the technicians that work on my vehicle. When I bring my vehicle there, I'm confident that the work done on my vehicle will be the best. The entire staff at CDJR are great, friendly and professional. From the minute I arrive I'm treated great by Jose, Mark B. and Charles Hunter, in the service waiting area. Keep up the great work. More

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was a customer of Bill Bryan for multiple vehicle purchases and the staff is amazing. The main reason I stay with the dealership, even under new ownership, is because of the service team and especially Jose, our service writer. He is always on top of things and makes sure to communicate with the mechanics and us to provide an excellent experience. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Keep up the good work Jose, it is much appreciated. Your work etic should be emulated by everyone. Also would like to give a shoutout to Mark in the customer service waiting area and Charles, our sales manager. Keep the team going. Thanks guys for your work etic. More
