This was the worst experience i have ever had with this dealer and the service person assigned to my vehicle was unprofessional and lack of time mgmt! Dropped the vehicle off on Sunday and had a 7:30 am dealer and the service person assigned to my vehicle was unprofessional and lack of time mgmt! Dropped the vehicle off on Sunday and had a 7:30 am appointment for Monday! Truck was not wanting to start! Truck was not checked in until 8:52 am. At 12;01 pm they said need to replace battery due to bad cell. DId not bother to say which battery and I already had a battery replaced back in May 2023 in NC Dealer. they send me a quote for a battery which had a signficant mark up but I told them battery had been changed and they had to call the NC dealer to get the paperwork, Of course they call at lunch and then never follow up and I called and ask them to send the info. This truck has two batteries and they said they had to put a new battery to continue with the diagnostic . I told them that I also had an extended warranty and of course the guy calls after hours on day 1 to see if its covered. I texted the next morning asking for an update. Since it was taking so long I texted and told the adviser that Something does not sound right and that I will pick my truck up around 4 pm on Tuesday and take it to the waynesville dealer in Nc to see what is going on. When I arrived around 4:30 pm he did not even acknowledge me and told me owed around 200.00 and had someone else get my truck and bring it around! My truck was not a priority to him and if he would have said that one of the two batteries had a bad cell and that is was the one not replaced and due to the bad cell it will need to be replaced! it was not until the mid day on day two that he said this in the text message! He did not stay on top of truck and getting me the info in a timely manner. I had to call the other dealer and have them send the info over in regards to the battery and also calling regarding the extended warranty! I have brought my vehicles there for many years and this was the worst and this guy has no business working with customers if he can not do his job and communicate More

I have always had a great relationship with this dealership. My husband and I moved to Leesburg in 2000 and this is the only dealership we have used and have purchased at least 11 too 15 vehicles in dealership. My husband and I moved to Leesburg in 2000 and this is the only dealership we have used and have purchased at least 11 too 15 vehicles in this time. My husband passed away two years ago and I traded in our handicapped equipped van and purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I am so in love with. Most of the sales people we dealt with are now gone but I still come back. I was so sorry to hear about Billy Berg he was one of our favorites as well as Mark Buehll ( hope I have his name right) they are great people. More

Extremely rude employee. Jeep was in the shop for over 20 days. Very limited contact zero returned calls about vehicle. When picking up. I called on Monday morning to set up for your shuttle to pick me up and your service answering person said that she would leave a message with your service personnel to call me back since no one in service pick me up and your service answering person said that she would leave a message with your service personnel to call me back since no one in service would answer her. This same scene repeated itself SIX more times! ( I called every 45 min ).Finally on the seventh attempt I was able to talk to service and set a pick up. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
