Tuesday afternoon still no call from advisor, I send him a text then later an email, finally get a call Wed. morning saying my truck was done. That is not the way to keep a customer informed on their vehicle! When I was a service writer at a local Honda dealer we were required to talk with our customers everyday in the status of their vehicle! More

Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solu my 2021 Ram.
