My Jeep indicated that the left rear tire was low. this was the second time in 2 weeks. I decided to take it to CDJR so that the tire could be checked. I did not have an appointment but was taken r this was the second time in 2 weeks. I decided to take it to CDJR so that the tire could be checked. I did not have an appointment but was taken right away by Jose Valdez. Because of @ nails being close together I needed a new tire. Jose checked and found that it was covered by my MOPAR Tire protection and received confirmation. This happen on a Saturday afternoon. Great service More

The customer service side was awful. I stood there while more than 5 employees walked around and completely ignored me without even saying “someone will be right with you” I was just abo I stood there while more than 5 employees walked around and completely ignored me without even saying “someone will be right with you” I was just about ready to walk out when someone finally asked if I needed anything. Then my rep said to call or text him directly if I had any questions, I did both and never received any acknowledgment back. I finally had to call into the service center to get my question answered, in which case my rep answered. I stated that I called his number and also text as he directed me to do and he said “yeah, I saw that” Just awful service from start to finish. The only reason I did not give 1 star is there was one person there named Juan, who was very nice and the gentleman who helped me when I came to pick up my car was also friendly. More
