Great service, when the extra mile to be sure my car was fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery a fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery at first, but with further testing battery proved out to be bad. Car was returned to me car and ready to go. More

Service was super slow. Went in for apple car play update was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second. Took them 2 hour and 59 minutes to finally let me know it was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second. Took them 2 hour and 59 minutes to finally let me know it was done. Checking in was a mess too. More
