Joselyn Santos was very professional and delivered an awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Po awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Power Train warranty and had it repaired free of charge. Although it took longer than anticipated, Joselyn made certain I had a loaner car to use during the entire time it took to repair my car. Joselyn also communicated well so I knew what to expect. I am very content with the service that Joselyn and Infiniti of Ontario had provided me. I was also impressed with Joselyn's colleagues, Maritza and Brooke, and how they stepped in to help me when she was off. Thank you ladies! Great service, when the extra mile to be sure my car was fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems.
