Joselyn Santos was very professional and delivered an awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Po awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Power Train warranty and had it repaired free of charge. Although it took longer than anticipated, Joselyn made certain I had a loaner car to use during the entire time it took to repair my car. Joselyn also communicated well so I knew what to expect. I am very content with the service that Joselyn and Infiniti of Ontario had provided me. I was also impressed with Joselyn's colleagues, Maritza and Brooke, and how they stepped in to help me when she was off. Thank you ladies! And thank you Joselyn for doing a great job and making me feel very taken care of! Appreciate you! More

BEAUTIFUL facility (always clean and organized), lots of vehicles in stock, and lastly, friendly and accessible staff. I am currently in my 3rd car through this dealership and my experience personally has been nothing but the best every time. I feel cared for and the staff works hard to keep you satisfied. Every time I didn't think I was going to be able to get into the car I wanted, because I could not afford it or the one I wanted was not in stock, Infiniti of Ontario found a way to get me driving off the lot in a new car with a smile on my face! Its a great feeling having the reliability and transportation security that an Infiniti vehicle is. Leasing a car from them has many great benefits and perks that give me piece of mind, that my amazing to drive transportation is backed up by a great team, a great dealership, and a great brand. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a quality ride with the help of an excellent and amazing staff! More

Andrew and Tony were just wonderful. My SUV made a horrible fan noise and then smelled like it was burning. Loan car clean and when mine was returned spotless in and out. I cannot write enough how great this entire dealership is. More

Great service, when the extra mile to be sure my car was fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery a fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery at first, but with further testing battery proved out to be bad. Car was returned to me car and ready to go. More
