I stopped by without an appointment because the undercarriage of my car was hanging down. He agreed to have it looked at & since it was going to be on the lift, I asked if the recall on my car cou undercarriage of my car was hanging down. He agreed to have it looked at & since it was going to be on the lift, I asked if the recall on my car could also be checked. The undercarriage was a simple fix - only a screw that had come out but my car failed the recall check - door latches that were bad. As a result my car had to be kept overnight. Since it was a recall, Joseph offered me a LIFT car because as a widow, I do not have access to transportation to or from the dealership. Both of my Lift rides were perfect and I’ was very pleased. Joseph was thorough, professional & kind in dealing with me & the issues with my car. I was very grateful for his attention to details. On another subject, I was told while at the dealership that the courtesy shuttles had been stopped & that LIFT is not offered for regular servicing. Please, please reconsider bringing back the free shuttle. I have no access to transportation to & from the dealership as I’m a widow living alone. I will have to find a dealership that will provide me with transportation in the future if the Gosche in Temecula doesn’t offer it. More

Joe was very nice and professional. I stayed in the lobby til the service on my car was completed. The lobby was pleasant and clean. I especially appreciated the car wash. One less thing I had to do! Joseph Britton was superior in service , knowledge and attitude. Got me right in on a holiday week( I didn’t have an appointment but engine light came on.) I so appreciate this dealerships help.
