I brought my 2017 CRV for routine oil change. I recently got hit with some unexpected expenses (hot water heater, vet bill) and I was told that some of the suggested work could wait. Service was fine. However, the new process of receiving text messages from service department while waiting is efficient but impersonal. No longer receiving a detailed inspection report is also disappointing as I keep detailed files on my vehicle. I was unable to save the e-report available online via the text messaging process. More

I used the web to make a service appointment for my CRV. However, the appointment confirmation was for my Accord. Then I got an appointment cancellation. I thought someone had caught that I wanted service f However, the appointment confirmation was for my Accord. Then I got an appointment cancellation. I thought someone had caught that I wanted service for the CRV, but I never got another confirmation. So I called and made an appointment for the CRV, and I got a confirmation email for that. Yesterday I got two service appointment reminders for the CRV. On the other hand, the actual service went fine today. More
