Joe Budner is an EXCELLENT service department rep. He is honest and ethical and I know if he tells me I need something done on my car, it really needs to be done. The DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown has always been a high quality, honest place to get my car serviced. Other Honda dealerships have tried to sell me services I did not need, but the service department at the Eatontown location is trustworthy. I've bought 2 cars here and serviced them for decades. I HIGHLY recommend going to the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown, NJ. I have another Honda dealership just down the street from me, but I drive to Eatontown because I know that they will not lie and make up services I do not need. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with the wonderful leadership of Ken Kallock. He is a great service manager and sets high standards for his team to follow. More
