I brought my 2017 CRV for routine oil change. I recently got hit with some unexpected expenses (hot water heater, vet bill) and I was told that some of the suggested work could wait. I used the web to make a service appointment for my CRV. However, the appointment confirmation was for my Accord. Then I got an appointment cancellation.
