I LOVE DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. I have a Honda dealer around the corner from my house, but I go to the dealership in Eatontown because of their honesty, integrity, and great service. I know they will not make things up and try and charge me for UNnecessary service like the other Honda dealership I'm referencing. Ken Kallock does a PHENOMENAL job with the service team at the Eatontown DCH Kay Honda dealership. I deal with Joe Budner for my service and he's fabulous. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone! They are honest, ethical, and very customer focused. The dealership has done a great job with how they've set up their facility to protect folks from Covid. I am seriously immuno-compromised and I was very comfortable waiting for my car to be serviced because of the wonderful job the dealership has done with outdoor seating (in a garage area that used to be used for customers to pull in when bringing your car for service --- so it's outside, but not outside. Plenty of fresh air circulating in the space, which is great) and enough spaces for customers to be able to social distance. GREAT job on this and the service they provide!! More

I have consistently been satisfied by the service I receive from DCHK Honda. They have never once disappointed me. This is where I bought my car in 2016 and this is the only place I allowed to work on receive from DCHK Honda. They have never once disappointed me. Brought my car in for a noise in the front end. they could have told me anything from ball joints, brakes, tires, rotors... but was only something scraping on the tire. took care of it, no charge and in could have told me anything from ball joints, brakes, tires, rotors... but was only something scraping on the tire. took care of it, no charge and in less than an hour.
