Called morning off to see if a time slot was available for an oil change and some overdue service. The service department was able to accommodate me on short notice. Car was ready quicker than expected, and Joe B let me know that he was applying a discount from an email coupon, which was greatly appreciated. It's not always to keep track of email and standard mail coupon offers, and it's sometimes hard to match up the special with the service needed in a specific time frame, so I am always thankful when the staff looks out for you. That's the kind of thing that keeps a customer coming back! Thanks Joe! More

I have never had an issue with this dealership. They are attentive to my needs as a customer/client. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and respectful and extra diligent in assisting me They are attentive to my needs as a customer/client. I've been coming to this dealership for over 17 years, bought my last 2 cars from them and do all my service appointments with them. Joseph, Mickey, and Tiffany have all taken care of me at some point and they are amazing. My last few visits were all with Joe and he's amazing. More

I have been client of DCH Kay Honda, Eatontown, NJ, since 1991 when I purchased my first Honda from the dealership. Joe was recommended to me when my Service Dept. Representative retired and I couldn’t be h 1991 when I purchased my first Honda from the dealership. Joe was recommended to me when my Service Dept. Representative retired and I couldn’t be happier. I am writing to commend Joe Budner, of the Service Department for his professionalism, thorough knowledge of Honda services and products and pleasant personality. When my car is in need of additional service, Joe takes the time to explain exactly what is required to keep it running and in great shape. I value his honesty. If an emergency ever arose with my car, I know I could always call Joe and he would help me. Joe is a very valuable asset, motivated and a loyal Honda employee and should be given the appropriate recognition due him. You can rest assured that if I didn’t believe in this Dealership, I wouldn’t still be going there!! More
