Thank you DCH Kay Honda Thank you. We had been having issues with our CRV starting. We had been to 2 other Honda Service Centers, one where we bought the car and another whil Thank you. We had been having issues with our CRV starting. We had been to 2 other Honda Service Centers, one where we bought the car and another while traveling. Both times the battery was charged and we were told it tested fine. While visiting friends in Eatontown we had to use a battery charger to start it. When we called we were told to bring it right over. Within a couple of hours we had a brand new battery and a car that would start. Joe, the Service Advisor was helpful, professional and efficient. He called promptly when the car was ready. We had been through 2 months of never knowing where we would be stranded next. Our thanks again. We would highly recommend your Service Center. More

All Issues Handled I was pleased that the service center handled my Pilot with no appointment. They found that I needed a change of spark plugs and an important sensor I was pleased that the service center handled my Pilot with no appointment. They found that I needed a change of spark plugs and an important sensor as well as fixing my tire (had a nail in it) my oil change and wiper change, All is good and I felt the difference driving the Pilot home. More
