I was looking at a 2023 Honda Acoord Hybrid in Janaury 2026. I found one close to the price I wanted to spend and went to look at it. Joseph Grzelak was my salesman and he was awesome. He knew the vehicle well and showed me the important features. During the test drive he exlpained how to get the most fuel effeciuency out of the vehicle. Then it came to dealing. I refused to pay for their $1200 anti-theft, and ended up postponing the deal. Then Joseph told me not to leave and had me wait at the front door because the sales manager, Mena Karas, wanted to speak to me. Mena came up, shook my hand, dropped the offer on the counter and said "Lets make a deal." So I was open to it and asked him to "deal." He pushed that he already made a deal by removing the anti-theft/tracking fee and my rebuttle was that it is not my responsibility to pay for their security... also, I said what "deal" is he trying to make since he won't even take a penny off of the price of a 3 year old vehicle that they bought from auction. They also never provided me with service records, carfax, etc. Come to find out, that same vehicle has been for sale since Sept 2025 at the previous dealership and since Dec 5, 2025, at Bill Kay Honda. Mena Karas refused to hear anymore and, I was more than appalled at his arrogant behavior. So I turned to the salesman, Joe, and told him his manager just lost him a sale and customer. As I was walking out, my conversation with Mena got a little heated as the SALES MANAGER told me to leave and not come back. I had my words back for him too, NGL lol. So I won't be. As much as I liked that car, the market at this time of posting is flooded with Accords. I'll find mine elsewhere. More

Purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last month or 2; a 2022 Honda Civic Touring and a 2021 Honda Accord Sport. The buying process was no issue; I understood the market and made the purchase as s or 2; a 2022 Honda Civic Touring and a 2021 Honda Accord Sport. The buying process was no issue; I understood the market and made the purchase as simple as possible. Didn’t haggle and tried to make it as easy for everyone as I could. The day I purchased the accord, I noticed some spots on the carpet in the backseat. The salesman assured me it was just dirt, bring it back and he’ll have his guys clean it up for me. (Aside from that, for a brand new car, it was cleaned very poorly. There were severe window streaks and even some dead insects in the front cup holder.) But I didn’t mind, so I brought it back so they could clean those spots and kept in contact with the salesman. When I brought it back, the gentleman that was cleaning it for me mentioned to me “that’s not dirt and I don’t know why they would tell you that; it’s pretty clearly something wrong with the carpet.” So I reached out to the salesman to notify him of what happened. He advised the carpet is going to need to be changed and that’s why there’s a warranty on the car which is absolute incorrect. The warranty is for when things go wrong down the line, NOT for when a car has issues before even driving it off the lot. But he kept repeating that’s why you have a warranty; after realizing he was going to be no help I made an appointment with service. By this time my car has under 1500 miles, I notice my taillight assembly has moisture building up in it. I take it to service and let them know about the carpet and if the taillight. Received a call a few days later that once again, that wasn’t dirt on the carpet, but they had to replace the entire rear carpet. Aside from that, the taillight assembly is on back order with no ETA. So I can pickup my car and wait for the part while moisture in my taillight inevitably corrodes the bulbs and the wiring which will only cause more issues and inevitably become a safety issue, or leave the car sitting there until the part comes in, which nobody has an ETA for. From my salesman being absolutely no help aside from selling me the car and basically brushing me off after notifying him of the issues, to service trying to justify the carpet by saying “oh all of these accords have that spot”, I would not recommend this dealership to another person at all. I purchased a brand new car expecting, as would anybody, it wouldn’t have any issues for a bit more than 1500 miles but I was very mistaken. From poor Honda quality control to this dealerships lack of care, I would avoid this dealership at all costs. It’s not worth it. More
