Knowing he had other clients while he was working with me, he still took the time to touch base with me, which made me feel like a priority the entire time. Then onto finance....Joesph Limjuco made the process quick and painless. Signing of the docs took no time and Joe offered different warranties and products without doing that "hard sale" technique. Joseph was a nice guy, and he knew his stuff. You could tell he has been doing this for years. Very professional. It's been a few days since I bought my car, and I haven't had a second of buyer's remorse because I was presented with facts and was well informed about the process the entire time. In the end there was no second guessing or feeling like I missed something - because I didn't. The team at Infiniti of Naperville made sure of that. Overall, this entire dealership deserves praise.
