Lack of Attention. Ignored. I had gone in for an oil change that I had a coupon for. I spent the time outside waiting to be checked in. I was then approached and asked what I was I had gone in for an oil change that I had a coupon for. I spent the time outside waiting to be checked in. I was then approached and asked what I was coming in for and the service representative Benny had approached me. I had told him that I was in for a oil change with the coupon that I had. He then advised me to go inside that someone would help me there. I did not understand why it was that he could not help me. He then approached the person behind me who I then saw him take with him and start to help before. I was clearly in line and in front of that person so I do not understand why I could not be helped. I then got inside and the person at the first desk ended up helping me even though I was in front of that person. I felt as if though my business was not good enough for him and he avoided me due to the service I was coming in for. I then waited for over 10 minutes just to be helped. I then spoke to that customer in the waiting area and come to find out he was having engine problems with his vehicle. Maybe that is why he decided to help that customer before me. I am guessing that his problem was worth more money then my simple oil change. I will not be coming back here for service. I felt that my business was not good enough and will rather go else where.. Your staff needs to understand that no matter who walks in that door. They are the customer and should be helped no matter what. Not to be chosen and ignored for someone else. I advise everyone who reads this to take your money, time and business and go else where. More

Poor customer service . Discovered lost/missing engine part immediately after oil change at the dealership. Could not get a coherent answer from service rep as to when to e . Discovered lost/missing engine part immediately after oil change at the dealership. Could not get a coherent answer from service rep as to when to expect the part. Had to escalate things to the general manager (Joseph Lynch). Took almost 3 weeks for dealership to procure the part. The dealership was not proactive in keeping me informed as to when to expect the lost/missing part. More
