Awesome service I brought my vehicle in for a recall, the valet greeted me immediately, asked for my need and got me to a service advisor who was friendly and fast. I feel Deceiving Sales man Santiago only responds when he feels it’s necessary prior to the sale he treated me like a King....not a great feeling after especially whe Sales man Santiago only responds when he feels it’s necessary prior to the sale he treated me like a King....not a great feeling after especially when you need questions answered..Not to mention They provided with a vehicle that came with a Scraped passenger wheel.... Manager .. Joseph Lynch Manage to get it buffed out.. not a Happy camper at this point....But the most devastating factor is that finance man or Yirko Salgado inform me not to Make the payment on the 13th and I trusted his word and not to mention also indicated that my trade in was going to be paid off on time..... West lake Finacial is calling me and harassing me for payment.. I was Referred to this dealership and expected a lot more better service... Manager Joseph Lynch is 5 stars More

Always a scam Second purchase there 3rd attempt. All attempts felt as if the main priority of the dealership was to swindle me Into paying the most Money for what Second purchase there 3rd attempt. All attempts felt as if the main priority of the dealership was to swindle me Into paying the most Money for whatever car I was getting. A few years ago I received a check from Honda for sixty eight dollars because they were sued for discrimination in financing against certain demographic. I guess the lawsuit taught them nothing. Disappointed with my purchase and will never go to the dealership again. More

Very pathetic and poor customer service I have very unpleasant and bad experience with Hudson Honda. I purchase a used car from them. Their tag line - the smart way to rewardsâ„¢ - No Hid I have very unpleasant and bad experience with Hudson Honda. I purchase a used car from them. Their tag line - the smart way to rewardsâ„¢ - No Hidden Fees No Surprises No Pressure is just a way to misguide the customers. I already had 6 visits to their dealership and still struggling to make my purchase through. There are so many used car dealers in the market , Hudson Honda is also like those road side dealers who want to sell the Car and make people trouble. They asked me to visit Route 22 Nissan to get the issues fixed. I visited 2 times and failed to get the issues addressed due to their poor coordination and mismanagement. I wrote 3~4 emails to Joseph Lynch ( GM Hudson Honda). I have not even got any response with action from him. The only person is Paula who tried to help me out in getting the issues fixed. I have no faith in Hudson Honda and would like to return this Car even I have to lose some money More

Sold Me a Car they didn't have the title for. Like the title says they sold me a car without title them even having the title. Waited almost three months for license plates and registration.
