Dennis and Joe were extremely welcoming and took all of the pressure out of buying a car. They listened to our concerns, our interests, and were very familiar with their stock and the features each car had to offer. Their professionalism was second to none. We never felt rushed looking at the car, and Dennis was always very welcoming in explaining all of the different features of the car. The contract and financing was explained in great detail and very straight forward with no hidden fees or surprises. We could not be more impressed not only with the vehicle, but with the Malouf team as well. Dennis continued to follow up the following days to ensure that everything with the vehicle was ok and whether we had any questions or concerns.
