Very satisfied!! I had no intention on leaving with a brand new XT4. I simply went to Malouf that day to literally just get numbers on a trade in. I walked in and met I had no intention on leaving with a brand new XT4. I simply went to Malouf that day to literally just get numbers on a trade in. I walked in and met Joe Mitolo and Rich Esposito again just getting some numbers. I knew it was time to start making a decision as my XTS was getting older. Before I knew it Joe and Rich we’re working out numbers that were fitting my budget. They had what I wanted in stock the paperwork was being processed and the new car was being prepped for me. 2-3 hours later I went home with a brand new XT4!! They were not pushy in any way and I could not be happier!! More
