My first contact was with an internet sales person who was persistent to get me to come in and set up a test drive. Next was the General Manager Joe Mitolo who was very professional and willing to do anything to help. He set up my first appointment the following day. I did stop in and met Marquise who also did everything to acquaint me with Cadillac. I was pressed for time so I had to to come back. No pressure on one call to answer any questions. So I made another visit where Marquise and Joe closed the deal. Very good team. More
