Least painful experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. A few days later he reached out to follow up about how I have been liking the car which, while not that big of a deal, was a really nice gesture. Overall - very pleasurable experience. Audi Lakeland has a great sales team; I highly recommend Joe and this Audi location, in general. More
