Least painful experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Joe and the manager were super friendly and helpful; Joe is especially efficient and knowledgeable about the various models and their respective feat Joe and the manager were super friendly and helpful; Joe is especially efficient and knowledgeable about the various models and their respective features, so he was really quick and effective in making sure I got what I was looking for and on the most feasible terms possible. A few days later he reached out to follow up about how I have been liking the car which, while not that big of a deal, was a really nice gesture. Overall - very pleasurable experience. Audi Lakeland has a great sales team; I highly recommend Joe and this Audi location, in general. More

How can I remove the one star and put a ZERO on? That's exactly how I am experiencing their services. I am appalled that as a client who just recently purchased a new vehicle from them I am going t That's exactly how I am experiencing their services. I am appalled that as a client who just recently purchased a new vehicle from them I am going through such safety issues and Audi Lakeland totally ignores it. My one year old Audi is drowning in water!! The issue became very serious as I am experiencing series of warnings; my airbag is malfunctioning and the car safety warning is on as well on top of the huge amount of water standing in my car. Need to mention that my car is always parked in the garage. I called the Audi Lakeland, my car-dealership as soon as an early morning. Someone supposed to call me back. It didn't happened! When I called a second time, Cindy told me I need to talk to Garry and because he is not available at this time, she told me he will call me back. Regarding my loaner which is included in my service that I am paying monthly for, on top of my car payment, she said I need to schedule my appointment at least three weeks prior. Wow, what a joke! I didn't give up, called again! This time I got Tony on the phone who told me that I can bring my car and they can check what's going on. Seriously?! I live 54 miles away, cannot just jump in to let them check not having all the water removed and dried up my vehicle properly. How about my safety?? He told me the same that they don't have any loaner for me but I am paying for all the additional services and this is not cheap. I tried to call again, this time I got James Green on the phone who was telling me the same stories adding that they are experiencing some issue because of COVID and they don't have any loaner. It looks like all Audi's got COVID! My last try was to ask for the manager. The last guy I spoke to told me the manager is going to call me back. Unfortunately it didn't happen, the Audi of Lakeland let me down totally. I need to contact The Audi of America! If you look for issues, don't look any further, the Audi of Lakeland is the best place for issues and the worst place to purchase your new car! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! More
