Werner was great to work with My wife and I were looking for a "fun" car and the Miata looked like it could work. We had an appointment for 2pm on Saturday. It was busy but Joe Mur My wife and I were looking for a "fun" car and the Miata looked like it could work. We had an appointment for 2pm on Saturday. It was busy but Joe Murphy knew we were coming and made sure to great us and show us the Miata in the showroom while he finished with another couple. Once we determined we like the fit of the car he got the one we were most interested in for us to test drive. We really liked the car and made the deal. Very low pressure we knew what the offer was and it was acceptable. No pressure for add ons and even though they were busy we were able to close in a timely manner and drove it home that night. All in all it was about 3 hours from walking in and driving away. We would buy here again. More

I explained what was desired and Joe made it happen. When we had the terms straight and agreed to a deal, Rich Hammond came by and offered a sincere thank you. I sat with the finance guy, Jay Trabucco, who I also dealt with last time. Jay is systematic, efficient, and personable. He clearly explained every form that demanded a signature and answered my questions completely. My overall experience at this dealership was first-rate. I recommend it without reservation. More

Awful. I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and test drive. Joe was an absolute jerk. He started out nice until of course the test drive was I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and test drive. Joe was an absolute jerk. He started out nice until of course the test drive was over and it was time to decide on the car. I was 90% sure I wanted that care so I put down a deposit of $500 which joe PROMISED me was refundable. Turns out the deposit was not refundable at all, and had I not decided on that car I would have been screwed out of $500. I was also told the few little scratches my used car had would be fixed before purchase and that was also a lie. When I had my aunt talk to Joe on the phone because this is my first big purchase and I felt as though Joe took advantage of that, he became nasty with her. Had this not been a good deal on a car I would not have gone back and made the purchase. I hope Joe gets 0% of the commission off of this sale. He didn’t do any selling, as I already knew what I wanted. Once my Aunt has to go back and forth with the manager and Joe and we went in to sign and pick up the car, we were treated pretty poorly. Definitely would never go back, not even to get work done. More
