I purchased a certified pre-owned CX-5 last week. My experience at Werner Mazda was great! I went to a neighboring Nissan dealership beforehand, who tried to pull the wool over my eyes. (They tried to only give me $100 for my trade, which magically turned into $2000 after the whole back and forth with the "manager". An insult and waste of my time!) I'm a woman, and some business think they can take advantage. I am so glad I decided to give Werner a try! They treated me with respect and they were wonderful to work with. I went in on my lunch break to test drive a vehicle and they were great about getting me out on time. No pressure. My salesperson was Joe. He was really knowledgeable and he truly listened. Her knows the cars well. The finance team gave me a great deal on financing too. So far I love my CX-5! It's exceeding my expectations. More

A good sales experience I found this dealership to be easy to work with. There were no hard-pressure sales tactics nor did the dealership, sales person, or finance person ma I found this dealership to be easy to work with. There were no hard-pressure sales tactics nor did the dealership, sales person, or finance person make you feel uncomfortable. The process started off online and ended at the dealership. The dealership was excellent at being ready during scheduled appointments, and when time came to close the deal, it happened fairly quick and efficient. The Finance person was easy to work with and did not pressure us to purchase any add-ons other than letting us know what is available. There is a general sense of the dealership wanting to work with you, fostering a low-pressure sales tactic that allows you to take your time and be comfortable, which is appreciated. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and did not require a significant amount of negotiation, games, or leg-pulling to get to a fair price, which is also appreciated. One area of improvement would be their automated email system early on in the sales process. You get emails from what appears to be an actual individual, but it was apparent their email were sent automatically which did lead to some confusion and duplication of messages. The sales process could be a bit more personal and less automated at the start. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family as I went into the car buying process with anxiety and not looking forward to dealing with a high-pressure culture and sales tactics, and left feeling good about my purchase and happy that the experience was enjoyable. More
