My father, who is in his 80s, needed a modern vehicle that was safe, easy to drive and of course excellent in the snow. After some research we knew we wanted a Subaru Crosstrek. I am in California so I had to do some research on dealerships in order to streamline the process for my father. Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe came highly recommended. I can’t begin to express how grateful we are for the help and service Mr. Joe Russo (Sales Manager) and Mr. Brian Lunar (Sales) afforded us. They were both absolutely amazing to work with and the customer service we received went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Lengthy travel is extremely taxing for my father. Brian and Joe coordinated to personally deliver  a Crosstrek to my father's home approximately 35 miles away, so that my father could see if he could get in and out of the car comfortably and allow him to take the car for a test drive. My father loved the car and immediately agreed to purchase it. He was like a kid at Christmas waiting for it to arrive. Brian delivered the Crosstrek to my father and spent a good amount of time teaching him how to use his brand new car and familiarizing him with all the special features. Prior to leaving, Brian gave my father his cell phone number in case he had any questions.  Participating in the Costco buying program and offering a very fair price for his trade in made purchasing a new car from Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe a reality for us. We’ve told all our friend about our wonderful experience and even posted it on the web.  More
