I have been in the Automotive Industry for almost Seven Years, and have been solely with Ewald Hartford Ford. In that time I have proudly sold over 1,000+ vehicles to my customers, and about 2/3 of my business is based upon Referral and Repeat Business. My previous work background includes approximately 6+ Years of Retail training in Consumer Electronics, which has helped me firmly understand Ford's Technology Model in their vast array of vehicles over the years. My rule of thumb is that if I don't know the answer to your question, I will research it until I have right answer for you. I value honesty and respect between my customers and I; and feel strongly that if these two core values cannot work together cohesively than it is not a good fit. I have preserved a strong work ethic over my time in the industry, and hope to find the right vehicle for you and/or your families day-to-day needs. Best experience ever I will only ever go to this dealship from now on. That us saying something because they are over a hour an a half away. Well worth the trip. Sandra, and Sarah both had the trucks I was looking at on line ready to go when I got there price was under what everybody else wanted with less miles and more options. Joseph my salesman treated my kids and me like family. Went over every detail about the trucks I was looking at with knowledge of of that of a true car god. " No joke this guy is amazing". They gave me a straight answer got me in the truck of my dreams with straight talk and bs. There was no bs like you would get at other dealers I know because i literally went to 13 other dealers before them. Wish I would made the trip sooner. Would have saved alot of time and gas, if I would have just gone to them first. This is the only dealer I will go to from now on. Sending friends looking up there because I know they will be treated right. Hands down best car buying experience ever. This is how it should be. Would give them more stars if I could.
